For solo founders who don't want to decide alone.

Cerebral is the small, deliberate accelerator we wish existed the night we were most certain we were making the wrong call, and had no one to check it with.

One person you call Real terms Room to breathe

Every solo founder knows this room.

It's 2am. You've been staring at the same decision for four hours. Hire the person or wait another month. Take the term sheet or counter. Ship the half-built thing or hold.

You know the arguments on both sides. You've written them down twice. What you don't know is which weight to put on each one.

And the one person who could read your actual situation in ten minutes is asleep, or doesn't exist, or costs 7% of your company.

What cerebral is for

We're not building a program to make you a better founder. You're already a founder. We're building the thing that sits next to you when the decision is yours alone to make — so it doesn't also have to be lonely.

Not a coach. Not a therapist. Not a cohort. Someone who has made the call you're about to make, and who has time reserved for you specifically.

You still decide. You just don't decide alone.

Decision confidence, quietly earned.

01

Someone who's seen the call

The person you're paired with has made a decision shaped like the one you're facing. Not in theory. In their own company, with their own money on the line.

02

Time reserved, not borrowed

We don't crowdsource your attention against forty other founders. Your time is held on purpose. When you need the call, the call happens.

03

Terms that respect you

Real capital. Fair equity. No escalating fees, no upsells, no cohort dues. The deal you'd accept if you'd already built this company twice.

Depth of one, or peer by design.

Same promise, two shapes. Some founders want one trusted voice all year. Others want a counterpart in the trenches. Neither is better. They serve different kinds of quiet.

The Operating Partner.
Path A

One senior operator, assigned to you for the year. They know your company like you do. When something goes sideways at 11pm, they already have the context.

The feeling A single trusted number on your phone. They've seen this movie. You'll both decide what happens next, but you won't decide it alone.

Cadence tapers through the year

Cadence

  • Week 1–2 — daily 30-min, full context download
  • Month 1–3 — 2× weekly live, same-day async
  • Month 4–6 — weekly live, 24-hr async SLA
  • Month 7–12 — biweekly plus whenever you need it

The human layer

  • 1 Operating Partner — ex-founder, domain-matched
  • 1 GP present at inflection points only
  • No cohort. No group chat. No demo day.
  • Warm intros, gated by your Partner's judgment
Best fit You want one voice you trust, not a chorus. You prefer depth to breadth. You know yourself well enough to know what kind of help you need.
The Dyad.
Path C

Paired with one other founder at your stage. Not a cohort — a counterpart. Someone who's also awake at 2am, and also building the thing only they can build.

The feeling The companionship of having a co-founder, without the cap table exposure. A peer who's in the same weather you're in, right now.

Dyad throughout, tribunals monthly

Cadence

  • Daily — 15-min async with your dyad partner
  • Weekly — 60-min live, just the two of you
  • Monthly — 90-min tribunal with a senior operator
  • Quarterly — GP review

The human layer

  • 1 dyad partner — matched carefully, non-competing
  • 1 rotating senior operator per month, from a bench of ~12
  • 1 GP for quarterly oversight
  • Curated match. Honest friction.
Best fit You think better with someone in the room. You want a peer at your altitude, not a mentor above it. You trust yourself to receive pushback from an equal.
Typical solo founder path
40% → 65% what a fair deal looks like on your cap table at Series A

Peace of mind also means the deal is fair. Most accelerators were designed for teams, and solo founders quietly absorb the gap — another 5–10% off their cap table to account for not having a co-founder in the room.

We don't charge that tax. Our terms are the terms. Our paths hold the same 5% equity whether you take Path A or Path C. And when you get to your Series A, you're still holding the company, not a minority stake in someone else's plan.

You, specifically.

If you are

  • Solo. By choice, not by accident.
  • Technical. You ship the thing yourself.
  • Pre-PMF, but not pre-conviction.
  • Carrying more weight than you say out loud.

This isn't for you if

  • You're looking for a co-founder replacement.
  • You need a cohort to feel belonging.
  • You want a curriculum and a syllabus.
  • You need permission to start.

We're not taking applications. We're taking signal.

If the 2am section felt like we were describing your week — say so. We'll reach out when the doors open. No drip sequences. No nurture flows. Just a person getting back to you.
